Chelsea, Arsenal Advance In Europa League With Two Matches Left

Arsenal and Chelsea have qualified for the Europa League round of 32.

The Gunners booked their spot, despite a goalless draw with Sporting Lisbon at The Emirates.

The result kept Unai Emery’s men top of Group G with 10points, while Sporting have seven.

Vorskla and Qarabag have three points each, with two rounds of games to be played.

Chelsea also progressed, thanks to a narrow 1-0 win over BATE Borisov in Belarus.

Olivier Giroud scored the only goal, to seal passage into the next round for Maurizio Sarri’s men.

Bayer Leverkusen beat FC Zurich 1-0 and Dynamo Zagreb saw off Spartak Trnava 3-1 to both progress.
